A day-by-day plan in your language, with what is included, what is not, and one total.

Revisions
Two rounds are included. Further rounds are R500.
- 06
Fee and deposit
Personalised trips: the planning fee first. Packages: a 30% deposit holds the guide and partners. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, or 14 days before if the total is under R20,000.

Confirmation pack
Final plan, pickup sign, emergency numbers, weather plan, packing list, restaurant notes.
- 08
One week out
We reconfirm flights, diets, Cableway or Robben Island slots, and the vehicle.
- 09
On the trip
Your guide, plus a WhatsApp line if the weather changes the day.
- 10
After
A thank-you and a review link in your language.
Paying
- 30% deposit when you accept the plan in writing. It is non-refundable inside 30 days, except for weather force majeure that we cause.
- 70% balance 30 days before the first touring day. 14 days before if the total is under R20,000.
- The Personalised planning fee is due before the detailed draft. 50% of that fee is credited if you book within 14 days.
PayFast
Default card payment online (international Visa and Mastercard).
Yoco
Online, and useful in person later.
Wise Business
EUR, USD or GBP bank transfer for larger personalised trips.
If plans change
More than 45 days before
Deposit held as credit for 12 months, or an 80% cash refund.
15–45 days before
50% of the total.
8–14 days before
25% of the total.
7 days or fewer, or no-show
No refund.
Weather or a closure
We swap the activity or give credit. No cash refund for a day already used.
