What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, WhatsApp number and your trip answers (dates, group size, interests, budget, language). We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, plan your trip and, if you book, to arrange guides, vehicles and partners on your behalf. We do not sell your information. We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months, then delete or anonymise them unless a booking is still open.
Who sees it
Our team, and partners who need part of it to deliver your trip (for example a lodge needs names and dietary needs). Hosting and storage run on Hostinger and Supabase. Optional enquiry emails go through Resend. Analytics, if you accept them, use Plausible (no advertising cookies). WhatsApp messages stay on Meta's platform once you tap through.
Your browser
Saved trips and your partly completed form are kept only in your own browser so you do not lose them. Clear your browser data to remove them. A small consent choice for analytics is also stored locally.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to processing that is not needed for a booking. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
